MS Lifetime Getaway Lottery

  • A maximum of 120,000 tickets will be offered
  • Tickets are $10 each
  • Ticket sales commence Thursday, 18 March 2021
  • Ticket sales deadline: Midnight, Wednesday, 2 June 2021
  • Draw Date: Friday, 4 June 2021

The following people are prohibited from purchasing a ticket: MS Limited Board members, senior managers and ticket fulfilment staff at MS Limited and their immediate family members residing at the same address; Deloitte Australia directors and employees associated with the lottery draw.

It is a condition of entry that the prize winners agree to have their name, suburb and photo published for publicity purposes. By purchasing a ticket in this lottery, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity, if required.

There will be one prize draw in the MS Lifetime Getaway Lottery. The prize will be marketed as a ‘Holiday for Life’ – a holiday voucher valued at $5,000 every year for 20 years. The winner will be offered the choice between the following two options:

  1. The winner will receive an annuity in their name which will disburse $5,000 travel voucher per year; or
  2. Alternatively, the winner will receive $100,000 in gold

The draw will be conducted at the offices of Multiple Sclerosis Limited, 54 Railway Road, Blackburn VIC 3130. The winner will be notified in writing by MS Limited. Prize must be accepted as awarded. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to claim their prize once they have been notified by MS Limited.

The Prize will be awarded to the individual named on the official ticket.

The prize notification letter is addressed to the primary ticket holder.

It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to allocate the prize if necessary.

It is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to seek independent financial advice from a taxation specialist prior to choosing between the annuity and the $100,000 gold prize options. It is important to note that the annuity option may have taxation implications that should be considered carefully by the winner and their advisor.

The winners’ name will be published online at by Saturday, 5 June 2021.

MS Limited accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the lottery period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. MS Limited is not responsible for unforeseen technical difficulties with the ordering process and does not warrant that the ordering process will be available at all times.

Ticket holders must be 18 years or older.

Requests for ticket refunds will need written approval from the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation. This process may take a number of weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.
