MS Dream Club Terms and Conditions

MS Limited conducts the MS Dream Home Lottery (1 per year); the MS Dream Car Lottery (2 per year); and the MS Dream Raffle (6 per year).

As a MS Dream Club member:

  • You must be 18 years or over.
  • You authorise MS Limited to automatically debit your nominated credit card prior to the launch of each MS Dream Home Lottery and/or MS Dream Car Lottery and/or MS Dream Raffle for the amount of tickets specified when registering, until further notice. This will occur for each of the MS Dream Home Lotteries ($100 per ticket); MS Dream Car Lotteries ($50 per ticket) and MS Dream Raffles ($3 per ticket).
    • Once your credit card payment is approved then your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address, which was provided at the time of registration.
    • If the payment is declined, for reasons such as insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute, and so on, then MS Limited cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming MS Dream Home Lottery or MS Dream Car Lottery or MS Dream Raffle. It is your responsibility to contact MS Limited with an alternative payment method by calling MS Limited on 1300 311 816.
  • Your nominated amount of ticket(s) will be repeated in every lottery/raffle you have selected, until further notice.
  • Your ticket(s) number is randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.
  • You can adjust the number of selected tickets for the MS Dream Home Lottery and/or MS Dream Car Lottery and/or MS Dream Raffle without having to re-join by contacting MS Limited on 1300 311 816 or clubms@msdreamhomelottery.com.au
  • It is your responsibility to notify MS Limited of any changes to your credit card and contact details by contacting MS Limited on 1300 311 816 or dreamclub@msdreamhomelottery.com.au
  • You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting MS Limited on 1300 311 816 or dreamclub@msdreamhomelottery.com.au
  • The terms and conditions of the MS Dream Home Lottery; the MS Dream Car Lottery; and the MS Dream Raffle apply.
  • Requests for lottery ticket refunds for the MS Dream Home Lottery; the MS Dream Car Lottery; and the MS Dream Raffle must be completed prior to the commencement of the draws. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun. The records held by Multiple Sclerosis Limited shall be deemed correct and final. Please telephone 1300 311 816 for corrections.
