Dream Club Terms and Conditions:

MS PLUS LTD conducts the MS Dream Car Lottery (3 per year); and the MS Dream Raffle (6 per year).

As a MS Dream Club member:

• You must be 18 years or over.

• You authorise MS LTD PLUS to automatically debit your nominated credit card prior to the launch of each MS Dream Car Lottery and/or MS Dream Raffle for the amount of tickets specified when registering, until further notice. This will occur for each of the MS Dream Car Lotteries ($50 per ticket), and MS Dream Raffles ($3 per ticket).

• Once your credit card payment is approved then your ticket(s) will be emailed to your nominated email address, which was provided at the time of registration.

• If the payment is declined, for reasons such as insufficient funds, expired credit card, a dispute, and so on, then MS PLUS LTD cannot guarantee you a ticket(s) for the forthcoming MS Dream Car Lottery or MS Dream Raffle. It is your responsibility to contact the MS Dream Club Team with an alternative payment method by calling 1300 182 198.

• Your ticket(s) number is randomly selected, and ticket numbers cannot be pre-selected.

• You can adjust the number of selected tickets for the MS Dream Car Lottery and/or MS Dream Raffle without having to re-join by contacting us on 1300 182 198. or msdreamclub@msdreamhomelottery.com.au

• It is your responsibility to notify the MS Dream Club Team of any changes to your credit card and contact details by contacting us on 1300 182 198. or msdreamclub@msdreamhomelottery.com.au

• You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting the MS Dream Club Team on 1300 182 198 or msdreamclub@msdreamhomelottery.com.au

• In the event an MS Dream Club member’s requested MS Dream Lottery/Raffle tickets debit attempt is declined in 3 consecutive draws, their MS Dream Club Membership will be cancelled.

• The terms and conditions of the MS Dream Car Lottery and MS Dream Raffle apply.

• Requests for refunds for the MS Dream Car Lottery and MS Dream Raffle must be completed prior to the commencement of the draws. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun. The records held by MS PLUS LTD shall be deemed correct and final. Please telephone 1300 182 198 for corrections.

MS Dream Car Lottery 2024B – MS Dream Club Members Only Draw

The name of this promotion is the “MS Dream Car Lottery 2024B – MS Dream Club Members Only Draw”.

The promoter is MS PLUS LTD ABN 66 004 942 287 of MS Centre, 80 Betty Cuthbert Dr Lidcombe, NSW 2141.

Entry is open to people over the age of 18.

Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions.

By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only entries received via the method below and received by MS PLUS LTD prior to Midnight, Wednesday, 19 June 2024 are eligible.

Entries into the draw will be accepted from Tuesday, 16 April 2024 until the promotion close, Wednesday, 19 June 2024.

The prize will be drawn on Friday, 21 June 2024 at MSWA Offices, 154 Abernethy Road, Belmont, 6104.

Entry can be made via this method: Purchase a MS Dream Car Lottery 2024B (Lottery Permit: ACT: R 24/00048 VIC: 10120/24 NSW: GOCAU/2456) and sign up for a new or retain an existing MS Dream Club membership which includes subscription to the MS Dream Car Lottery, and keep your membership active until Midnight, Wednesday, 19 June 2024.

For the purpose of the prize draw, all valid entries will be entered into a computerised database.

The winner(s) of this promotion will be determined by a computerised random number generator.

The prize on offer is $3,000 in gold.

The winner(s) will be notified by telephone and email by a representative of MS Limited after the prize draw. In the instance that the winner is represented by a proxy and cannot be contacted on the phone number or email provided and remains uncontactable for 30 days a replacement/ substitute winner will be drawn in the same manner as the first.

The winner(s) name will be announced on the MS Dream Lotteries official Facebook page within 7 days of confirming the winner.

If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, or if the prize is forfeited under the clause above, MS PLUS LTD reserves the right not to draw another winner.

It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from the promoter.

The prize must be taken as supplied and it is not transferable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

It is a condition of entry that the prize winner agrees to have their name, suburb and photo published for publicity purposes.

By participating in this promotion, participants signify their acceptance of all conditions and the obligation to participate in promotional activity if required.

The following persons are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person:

• MS PLUS LTD board members and senior managers, (this means executive team members and their direct reports);

• MS PLUS LTD and retailer ticket fulfillment staff, (anyone involved in the sales of tickets, including all MSL finance department staff);

• Fundraising staff at MS PLUS LTD, (anyone in the reporting structure under the GM Strategic Fundraising & Marketing) ;

• The nominee of the raffle.

• Relatives of the above - note that relatives mean spouse, (including de facto spouse), parent, child or sibling (whether of full or half-blood, or adopted).

MS PLUS LTD and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion, and all contestants release from, and indemnify MS Limited against any claim they may have in respect of all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice (but subject to any required regulatory approval).

The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of MS PLUS LTD.
