The following persons and their relatives (relatives are defined as spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, child or sibling) are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person: board members, senior managers, ticket fulfillment staff and fundraising staff at MS PLUS LTD; the nominee of the lottery; Deloitte directors and employees associated with the lottery draws.
Assuming all tickets are sold, each ticket has a 1 in 10,000 chance of winning the Grand Prize.
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years, or older.
Maximum number of tickets in the draw: 10,000. All tickets $50 each.
The names of all prize winners will be available online at msdreamcarlottery.com.au. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Winners are responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. All prize winners will be notified in writing. The total retail value of all prizes is $175,000.
The Grand Prize, Super Early Bird Prize and Early Bird Prize draws will be conducted at 11am (AEST) at MSWA at 154 Abernethy Road, Belmont 6104.
Only tickets purchased before Midnight, Wednesday, 8 May 2024 are eligible for the Super Early Bird Prize draw.
Only tickets purchased before Midnight, Wednesday, 29 May 2024 are eligible for the Early Bird Prize draw.
If all tickets are sold before Midnight, Wednesday, 29 May 2024, then all prize draws will be completed on Friday, 31 May 2024.
If tickets remain after the Early Bird sales close, only the Early Bird Prize draw will be completed on Friday, 31 May 2024. The winning ticket for the Early Bird Prize will be re-entered and is eligible to win the Grand Prize.
Tickets purchased from Tuesday, 16 April 2024 and before the Final Sales close at Midnight, Wednesday, 19 June 2024 are eligible to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize draw will be completed Friday, 21 June 2024.
The Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Grand Prize winner will be published online at msdreamcarlottery.com.au within 48 hours of the prize draws being completed.
Super Early Bird Prize
The Super Early Bird Prize winner will win $10,000 in gold. To claim the prize, the winner will be required to complete a 100-point identification check.
Early Bird Prize
The Early Bird Prize winner will have the option between a New Zealand Coastal Holiday, valued at $15,000 or $15,000 in gold. Should the winner select the holiday option, travel insurance is not included, and travel cannot be booked during school holidays. Surcharges will apply for travel during peak holiday season ie. December/January/School Holidays. Based on departures from Melbourne - surcharges may apply for other departure cities. Subject to availability at time of booking. Hotels are a guide only. Conditions apply. The prize includes:
Accommodation:
- 1 night at Hapuku Lodge, Kaikoura or similar in a Lodge Room including full breakfast, minibar and three course dinner.
- 2 nights at The Marlborough, Blenheim or similar in a Deluxe Room including full breakfast, pre-dinner canapes, mini bar, welcome drink on arrival and three course dinner.
- 2 nights at Eliza's Manor Hotel, Christchurch or similar in a Superior Queen Room including breakfast and a welcome drink.
Transfer:
- Coastal Pacific Train Journey from Picton to Christchurch
- including Scenic Plus Dining Experience
- One way transfer from Christchurch Railway to Hotel
Flights: Return Economy Airfares from Melbourne
Car: Compact Auto from Christchurch Airport to Picton
Grand Prize
The Grand Prize winner will have the option between a Lexus RX500H F Sport Performance 2.4L T Hybrid Automatic Wagon and $9,000 Eftpos gift card valued at $150,000 in total or $150,000 in gold. Should the Grand Prize winner select the Lexus RX500H and Eftpos gift card option, on-road costs are included but motor vehicle insurance is not included. Should the winner choose the vehicle, it is expected that there could be up to a 12-18 month wait time following the placement of the order, due to the current vehicle demand. The car will be available for collection from Melbourne City Lexus in Victoria. Should the winner choose the vehicle and the gift card package, the winner will receive three $3,000 Eftpos gift cards to equal the $9,000 gift card total.

Unclaimed Prizes
Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn 12 weeks from the date for which the original prize was drawn. A redraw will occur via a random number generator on 13 September 2024, 11:00AM. The draw will be conducted at 154 Abernethy Road, Belmont WA 6104.
Refunds
Requests for refunds must be actioned prior to the commencement of the draws. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws have begun.
The records held by MS PLUS LTD shall be deemed correct and final. Please call 1300 311 816 for corrections.
